izvinite ja nisam ovde skoro nista shvatio ...
el se HIIT treningom brze slabi ili gubi vise kalorija ?ja radim kardio posle teretane jedno 4 x nedeljno koa i teretanu .Zagrejem se jedno 500 m pa onda jos 200 pa onda uzmem 5 x gore dole max sprint bez stajanja na jedno 10 m pa odmor 1 min 30 sek i tako 5 x i onda 700 m lagano ?el je dobar ovaj trening ?
