zato sto tim redosledom kad radim,mnogo bolje pogodim misic.kad radim prvo leg press a onda leg kurl,poprilicno mi "drhte" noge i cini mi se da onda radim u prazno.samim tim zagrejem misic i pripremim ga za legpres.nadam se da sam uspela da ti objasnim:)

Koloseum je sampionska teretana. Pouzdano tvrdim jer dole trenira Nebojsa Bjedov, drzavni prvak u powerliftingu. Covek mi je pomogao da shvatim neke stvari koje nigde drugde ne bih mogao nauciti.
Natasa, samo lagano povecavaj i odmaraj koliko ti god treba izmedju treninga. Ne mozes narasti ako ne ojacas. Izuci neke moje postove, postavi mi pitanje i sve cu ti objasniti ukoliko te zanima. Tezina ce doci kao rezultat zrelosti misica.
