iskreno da ti kazem aerobik ili cardio najbolje je raditi sam po mom misljenju jer cjitasv gol cardia je da radis po svom heart rate sato znaci otprilike 220 minu tvoje godine i onda arobik ti je 60 - 70 % otkucaja srca po minuti a ako bas hoces grupni aerobik imas dosta opcija nemoj da mislis sto je sada u trendu da je to bollje i efikasnije u fitnisu i bodubildingu nije se dosta toga promenilo zadnjih 10 -20 godina samo izmisljaju novi marketing to je sve stari i sretno
