pozdrav svima na forumu...član sam foruma več dugo vremena ali do sad ništa nisam objavio, a sada sam si uradio jedan jelovnik koji ču koristiti da dobijem nešto na masi..
28 mi je godina i 186cm i 89 kg
inače sam iz slovenije zato če možda koja riječ biti nepravilno napisana...
JELOVNIK
nakon buđenja 5g glutamin i 2kapsule tribulus terestris
doručak:4 jaja, 3belanca, 100 g zobenih pahuljica, vitamini i minerali, kapsula omega3
malica1: punozrnata štručka sa purečima prsami v ovitku
trening oko10 sati - pre treninga Masacra (Olimp)
nakon treninga whey i maltodekstrin ili reanimator od olimpa
ručak: 150g mesa, 100 g pirinca, salata sa maslinovim uljem
malica2: 40g whey, 30 lješnjaka
večera: 150g mesa, povrče, kapsula omega3
pre spanja: 150g tune u lastnom soku, salata sa maslinovim uljem, kapsula omega 3
treniram 4x u tjednu
molim za komentare i popravke jelovnika...

Pa ovo je poprilicno dobar jelovnik,koje meso koristis,koliko vec treniras,jel ima rezultata.

treniram jedno 3 godine ali nikad do sada nisam se držao nekih dijeta in nisam puno trenirao...
u mlađim godinama bio sam poprilično debeo tako da dosad mi je to najveći uspeh, da sam izgubio večinu tog sala...
a sad sam odlučio da idem na masu jer želim dobit jedno 5kg čiste mase, a sada imam 88 kg..
koristim najviše pureče i pileče meso, a ponekad i goveđe..
jel ima ko koji predlog šta bih još trebao popraviti u jelovniku?
