Dobro jutro,

evo jos jedan interesantan clanak:

zasto mi je upao u oci, jer trenutno i sam radim po priogramu high rep trening i to bas u nedelju za noge dead lift. Jos uvijek imam upalu misica.. evo citiram iz clanka:

a da probas 5x 20 ? Very Happy i to sve blizu otkaza..za svaki slucaj posle 20og ponavljamnja, ostavim sipku i odradim jos 5-6 bez tegova..padnem na 6 Wink
inace intresantan clanak, ljudi samo treba da malo citaju

Ima puno interesantnih tekstova ali su poneki na engleskom,kako bi to moglo da se prevede,a ovo je stvarno dobar tekst.

huh 5*20 na mrtvom i to jos sve na granici otkaza.. mislim da bih crkao.
danas sam radio cucnjeve. ispravno izvodjenje i kod 8-me serije mi je vec muka bila..
radio sam 10*10

a da probas 5x 20 ? Very Happy i to sve blizu otkaza..za svaki slucaj posle 20og ponavljamnja, ostavim sipku i odradim jos 5-6 bez tegova..padnem na 6 Wink

uh.. isto ti dodje.. za mene su cucnjevi i mrtvo najzahtijevnije vjezbe..
kakav bench press kakvi bakraci

mislio sam 5x20 cucnjeva..to treba probati Very Happy

Pre neki dan sam se iznervirao u teretani jer je neki lik komentarisao kako nikada ne radi mrtvo dizanje, kako je to najgluplja vezba. Sta ce to nekome. A sto je najgore nekoliko njih se slozilo.
Istina je da im je naporno i tesko da rade cucanj i mrtvo, pa izmisljaju razloge kako bi eskivirali da rade dve najbolje vezbe.

Ja se od ove dve vezbe toliko zadisem, da pokupim sav kiseonik u precniku od par metara oko sebe, pa ostali vezbaci padaju u nesvest Smile

cinjenica je da svakom osloncu na telu treba pokloniti paznje,a cucanj i mrtvo dizanje dobro dizu nivoe testosterona. Treba sebe naci u treningu . clanak je odlican i treba probati posebno ukoliko vezbac ima izuzetnu trenutnu snagu i iskustvo sa niyim brojem ponavljanja, ovo je logicki nastavak price kad dodje do halta, a onda moze napraviti neki hibrid po sistemu

kombinacija dva sistema treninga u jedan, sto je covek vec uradio ukazujuci na princip lako tesko.
